We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue unavailability, or safety concerns.
6. Third-Party Vendors & Venues
Allaway Events may recommend, coordinate, or book third-party vendors or venues on your behalf.
We are not responsible for:
- Vendor performance
- Venue policies
- Cancellations or changes initiated by third parties
Clients are subject to the individual terms of each third-party provider.
7. Liability
Allaway Events is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses arising from third-party vendors or venue issues
- Injuries, damages, accidents, or losses occurring during an event, retreat, or offsite program
