Just outside Miami, we hosted a day event for the Farmer’s Dog at the Hacienda Los Robles, a venue packed with rustic charm. The goal of this day event was to bring The Farmer’s Team closer together in a relaxed, non-formal setting.
The day event commenced with a swag bag check-in, the team would receive a tote bag, with branded items and a t-shirt for the day. After check-in they enjoyed an outdoor breakfast in the orchard
The day kicked off with a Founder’s speech that shared the story, the vision and the values driving The Farmer’s Dog.
The program next offered an hour long “Dog Games” a series of small challenges that sparked friendly competition, breaking into 4 teams to compete against each other.
An outdoor lunch then took place under a tented pavilion before an afternoon packed with non-sign up activities that included a range lawn games, axe throwing, line dancing, paint and sip and bingo.
The activities were broken up with a Founder’s Q&A session, this became an opportunity for The Farmer’s Dog team to ask questions, pitch ideas, share challenges and all be able to have a voice. The Founder’s would be able to offer advice, share reasoning behind decisions and be transparent.
After the Q&A there was an outdoor cocktail hour with live music, customized cocktails and a chance to relax in the warm Florida air.
The Hacienda Los Robles venue cooked a beautiful banquet style dinner that included their secret recipe Paella dish.
The evening finished with Karaoke which added a personal touch to the evening,
The intimate setting of Hacienda Los Robles lent an air of exclusivity, nurturing an environment conducive to relationship building.
